My good friend gave me a bunch of hand me down Trumpette socks for Miss J. Let me tell you, above anything else they are for sure the best, cutest, most practical item J. owns. They are uber adorable and they stay on her! Plus she gets compliments all the time.

I’ve always loved this quote. It’s such an inspiration to just….live out loud! Living out loud means different things to different people. To me it means if something sounds interesting or fun, don’t ignore it! Explore, investigate, take a risk. What does it mean to you?
I've found it's important to wear shades so the paparazzi don't recognize me when I'm out and about.
It's also critical to have your bodyguard close by at all times. Hell, just make him carry you. It's easier.
It wasn’t that long ago when we could put Ms. J. in the middle of the bed while we grabbed a diaper or the phone, confident that she was safe and sound. BOY HAVE TIMES CHANGED. This little muffinbutt is on the go. She’s not crawling but I’m amazed at how quickly she can roll, shimmy and scoot where she needs to be. It’s only a matter of time.
Here’s one current solution we’ve devised to keep her contained. It still requires a watchful eye but at least buys us a minute to brush our teeth!
After a long hard day of herding, our little cowgirl was so bushed she couldn’t even make it back to her bunk before she fell asleep.

This is a goodie on so many levels. Of course, you think about what he meant when he said it, but apply it to your own life. If there is anything you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t, think about this. There’s no reason YOU can’t be the one to do it and there’s no reason NOW is not the time. The world is your oyster!
SOMEBODY, who’s not even crawling yet, shimmyed her way backwards and sideways under the table and between the chair and table legs and ended up here. Looks like she got herself into a quite a pickle!
